An outstanding dish made by simmering black pork cartilage from Kagoshima Prefecture until it becomes soft and tender.

The highest quality chicken in Kagoshima, "Akadori"
High in protein and great taste.
■ Cold black pork belly salad
Kagoshima Prefecture black pork belly in a salad!
You can choose from "sesame" or "green shiso" dressing.
■ Charbroiled chicken
They use chicken slaughtered that morning and delivered from Chiran.
It is prepared overnight and then grilled all at once over a charcoal fire using chicken oil!
Unlike other oils, chicken oil doesn't become thick and is easy to eat.
■ Kagonma black pork shabu-shabu
Made using homemade bonito stock, it is perfectly matched with pork.
