A delicacy made by simmering black pork cartilage from Kagoshima Prefecture until it becomes soft and tender.

Plenty of boiled whitebait delivered directly from Ichikikushikino!
It was created to complement this salad created by the chef.
Enjoy it with a dressing that has the sweetness of onions.

Grilled over charcoal, it's twice as delicious! It's so fresh you can eat it as sashimi!
Charcoal grilled chicken
They use chicken slaughtered that morning and delivered from Chiran.
It's prepared overnight and then grilled in one go over a charcoal fire lit with chicken oil!
Unlike other oils, chicken oil doesn't become thick and sticky, making it easy to eat.
