A special dish made by boiling black pork cartilage from Kagoshima Prefecture until it becomes mushy.

Salad with Kurobuta pork belly from Kagoshima Prefecture!
You can choose between "sesame" and "green perilla" dressings.
■Charcoal-grilled chicken
We use morning pulled chicken ordered from Chiran.
It is prepared overnight and then grilled all at once over charcoal made with chicken oil!
Unlike other oils, chicken oil is attractive because it doesn't become sticky and is easy to eat.

Using homemade bonito stock, it is perfect for pork.
